What Is a MOC Building Kit?

• MOC stands for “My Own Creation.”
• MOC building sets are custom-designed models created by independent designers, not mass-produced official LEGO® or other major brick brand retail sets.
• They are popular among experienced builders for their unique designs, advanced building techniques, and display value.

How MOC Sets Differ from Official Retail Sets

Before purchasing, please note the following differences:

• Parts are packed in bulk
  Pieces are not sorted by building steps as in standard retail sets.
• Digital instructions (PDF)
  Instructions are provided digitally. Printed manuals are usually not included.
• More complex building process
  MOC models are generally designed for adult or experienced builders and may require patience and problem-solving.
• Equivalent part substitutions
  No printed parts, special parts, stickers, or minifigures
  When needed, these are replaced by other compatible bricks
• No retail box included
  MOC sets are shipped in protective packaging, but official retail-style boxes are not included.

Order Cancellation & Changes

Please review our cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order
• After 2 hours, the order enters processing. A 50% refund is available before shipment
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

This policy helps cover labor, handling, and custom preparation costs.

Order Processing & Fulfillment Flow

To ensure accuracy, all MOC orders are handled manually:

1. Order placed
2. Free cancellation window (within 2 hours)
3. Manual part picking and preparation
4. Packing and shipment
5. Delivery

Once manual picking begins, labor and preparation costs are incurred, which is why cancellation terms change after the initial 2-hour window.

Missing Parts Support

• If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact us with photos and instruction step references.
• All orders include at least one free replacement request, and additional requests are provided for each additional $100 spent per order.
• Replacement parts will be sent at no additional cost.

• Free supplement: Missing parts do not need to be returned and will be replaced free of charge. Each order includes at least one free replacement request, plus one more for every additional $100 spent.

Q1: Is shipping really free?
Yes! ToBricks offers free shipping on all orders over $20. Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days after full payment is received.

Q3: Can the product be shipped in the original box?
Our sets are packaged in bubble bags to offer a better price, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Q4: How will you resolve product quality or missing parts issues?
If you receive a product with missing or damaged parts (due to shipping or manufacturing issues), don’t worry! Just contact us, and we’ll resend the missing parts to you free of charge.

Q5: How will I handle tariffs?
Our logistics partners are experienced in managing customs clearance, and we usually don’t incur additional customs duties.
